Well, another classic game, maybe one of the most famous for Lynx, for a long period it was included in the package of the console. The game was very simple and the longevity not high but anyway this game made history. I loved BMX and Surfing, the music of Surfing was amazing at that time, I remember that I spent hundreds of hours trying to beat my score record. The same I felt for BMX, maybe the most complex game in this cartridge and without any doubt the one with more bugs. Footbag is a cool game but become boring after few times.... Skateboarding is the worse, I took many months to understand how it works and was neither funny. Take a look...
GAMEPLAY:
CHEATS
Clear BMX path:
Position your bike approximately one pixel above the location where the grass meets the dirt to avoid all obstacles including the hay bales.
Pelican ride:
Run your last surfer towards the bottom of the screen during the final few seconds of the surfing event. Your surfer will land on the pelican that flies across the screen until time expires.
Faster footbag spins:
Jump, hit the footbag with your head, then immediately spin to spin faster than normal.
Extra surfing points:
You can do an Unreal 360 (five 360s) for 1,200 points instead of just getting 600 points for a Quadruple 360.
Rescale screen:
Press Option 2 while skating in the Half-pipe event to rescale the screen.
Glitch: Crash game:
The game may crash during the BMX event if you hit the bale of hay on the bottom of the track just before the finish line.
Glitch: Invisible object:
During the BMX event, if you are riding very fast while you cross the finish line and jump slightly after crossing it, you will crash into an invisible object at the far right.
